Create a branded URL QR code for your business in just seconds. Share your website, online store, document link, or any webpage with just a scan. Here’s how:
Share your branded QR code link online or print it on your marketing materials. Best to test it again after deployment to make sure it works.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a static and a dynamic QR code for a URL for Enterprise?

A static URL QR is free and unlimited to create, but it stores the link permanently in the code. You can’t edit it, so you’ll need to create a new one to share another link. They’re also not trackable, so you can’t see if it's effective or not. A dynamic URL QR is the advanced version. You can edit or replace the stored link anytime, so you can share a new link or fresh online content using the same code. Unlike static QRs, you can track the number of scans (both total and unique ones), when and where they occurred, and what devices they used to access the code.

Can I change the link after I print the QR code?

Yes, you can change or replace the stored link or URL in your dynamic QR code after generating or printing it. Go to your URL QR dashboard, click Edit, and enter the new link, then Save to update the link. Once scanned, the generated or printed code will show the new link or content.

Can I add my brand logo and colors to my QR code? Will it still scan?

You can definitely add your brand logo and colors to your code, and it will still scan. After generating your QR, go to the customization tool, click Logo to upload and add your brand logo or icon to the center of your code. Click Colors and select your brand colors. You can also modify the eye and pattern design and add a frame with a custom CTA. Scan the preview of your custom QR to make sure it works well before saving and printing.

How do I track scans and see analytics?

To track scans and view in-depth analytics of your QR code, go to your URL QR dashboard to see all the campaigns. Select the campaign you’d like to track, and click Stats to view its overall performance by scan. On your Stats dashboard, you’ll see how many scans, when, where, and what device they usually use to scan the code.

How many QR codes for links can I generate in one batch?

You can generate up to 3,000 unique QR codes for different links in one batch or a single file upload. Our enterprise QR generator supports bulk generation and CSV file upload.

How do I add UTM tags to my QR code link?

To add custom UTM tags or parameters to your QR code for a link, go to your URL QR dashboard and choose a campaign. Click UTM, Add Parameters, then enter custom tags and their corresponding values. You can edit, remove, or replace it anytime. Click Save each time you make changes to ensure accuracy.

Can I manage all my link QR codes with one dashboard or multiple teams?

Yes, our enterprise QR code generator for businesses lets you add multiple users or teams and manage all campaigns from a single dashboard. You can add, remove, or replace team members and assign them a specific role — admin, editor, or viewer — for full permission control.

Can I use custom domains or white-label short links behind the QR code?

Yes, you can use your own custom domain for your QR codes using our white-label feature. To add, go to Settings and click Own Short Domain to set up. Enter your custom domain and verify. Make sure it has the green check box. This means your domain has been successfully set up.
